Wrong date entered in payroll

Hello Community

When doing a pay run in MYOB V 19 I accidently put the wrong date in.

However despite it still being in the same financial year it has the shaded out pointer on the side and it won't let me do anything. Why why why?  I have pays from other employees in different months and it is only this one that is shaded out. This is what frustrates me about MYOB that a simple mistake cannot be quickly fixed.  I cannot delete it nor change the date as it is locked.

Any ideas please.

    Hi Mark299

     

    Sorry for replying so late. It seems like the pay run is locked due to the lock period setting. To resolve this, you'll need to untick the lock period and "transactions can't be changed; they must be reversed" from Setup >> Preferences.
