Leneth Hi Leneth,
I've read the instructions and it does not show how you can keep multiple full year 12 month budgets for one financial year in one company file. I do not wish to override anything in the original full year 12 months for FY24 that I have entered, I just want to have additional versions of full 12 month budgets ready in MYOB that I can choose to use. At the moment, it looks like for "This Financial Year FY 2024" there is only one edition of Profit and Loss, and Balance Sheet each - is this the case that you can't have multiple versions of full year profit and loss budgets?

Hi, thank you for getting back to us and for explaining more information about your concern.
Upon further investigation of your concern, it appears you are correct. By default, it is only possible to have one budget per month throughout the year. However, if you would like a change to be brought to this preference, we encourage you to post your suggestion on our Product Ideas Exchange Board for consideration.
Feel free to come back to the Community Forum if you have any more questions, we are more than happy to assist.
