Exporting Data to EXcel

I am having trouble exporting my data / reports to excel... I get the attached error :

Thank you for the post!
Thank you for providing us with the screenshot. Generally that error comes when files are missing from the directory or permissions issue blocking access.
Recommend if the .XLT files are not in the folder location, specified in the error message.
Try reinstalling the AccountRight software. These files should be installed on reinstall.
If they are in the folder, permissions or security might be blocking access.Thank you.
