Upgraded Account Right to version 2024.2 and it won't open at all

    Welcome to the Community Forum! It's great to have you join us.

     

    It appears you're having trouble opening the software after the upgrade. This could be due to different factors, like system compatibility or installation issues. Don't worry; we'll help you resolve this. We have the AccountRight hot fix tool available, which you can run for an offline file. You can find more information about it in this post: Unable to open a recently upgraded company file.

     

    If your file is online, we also have some fix scripts that we can apply for you to open the upgraded file. Just let me know, and I'll be more than happy to assist you.
