Thanks for reaching out. I understand your concern about the increase in your annual subscription invoice. Upon further checking, there have been changes to the pricing structure. For instance, there has been an annual increase in the subscription fee, as mentioned in this subscription update that has been emailed to all our customers before the price increase happened. To find out what subscription plan you're on, visit MY Account if you use MYOB in your browser.
