bank transactions

I have a couple of trasnaction from 2023 that keep popping up in my bank transactions as unpaid even through they have been paid. it seems to be the same two tranactions that do this. i spoke to a MY...

Sorry to hear you're having trouble matching your bank transactions to your invoices. This usually happens when you allocate transactions to accounts instead of using the match tab in the bank transaction window.
