Hi Nikki1,
My apologies for the late response. Are you still running into this? The “Network request failed” error can pop up when you try to link an InTray document to an existing bill. A quick workaround is to delete the bill, then create a new one directly from the InTray document, just click the three dots at the end of the document line and choose Create bill.
