2FA Email Notification - Notifies Old Non Active Users

Hi MYOB, is there any reason why this email notification is going out to old user accounts that date back in some cases years and no longer used? all of these users are not active in the user access window.

    Hi SalesEurovap,

     

    I get how that'd be a bit odd seeing emails go out to folks who hung up their boots with MYOB years ago. If a user's been marked as inactive in the desktop version, they can still sometimes sneak through and get email notifications. To fully deactivate them, you'll need to remove them via our browser version instead. Here's a link that steps you through how to do that Edit and delete users.

     

    Once they're cleared from there, the stray emails should stop. If you've already done this and the issue's still hanging around, best bet is to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount so they can take a closer look.
