Thank you for your post. Yes, If you're using AccountRight live and would like to have additional online files, you can do this by adding additional online file subscriptions to your current subscription. This will keep all the files under 1 serial number and users can be invited to those files.

Let’s say we have 10 companies we wanted to migrate into Accountright.
So, when we first login into web browser, do we have all 10 companies showed then we can select whichever company we want to use?
When we used AccountEdge NE previously, all companies are listed so staff can simply select and use.

So basically you need a separate subscription for each company file. If you invite user A to 6 of the company files and user B to 3 of the company files, when these users log in, they will see the 6 and 3 company files respectively. If you want all users to see all file, you will need to invite them to each file.

Yes, as gavin12345 has mentioned if the user has been invited to that specific file for example lets say all 10 files, when they sign in online they will have a list of all the 10 online files.
