Account Right - can't log in due to back up - but no one is backing up

I can't log in to MYOB as the system says it is backing up but no one is backing up ?

    We were able to run a fix script on your company file. Kindly try to access your account again by logging in and letting us know if it's working already.

You will need to call MYOB support.

    Why does Myob not have 24/7 support ? What world are they living in
