MYOB is not going to have the above desktop, our client's employees has default category (we set if for state - NSW VIC QLD etc), and identifier or some other reporting. In online business version, it has no such identifier tag for employee?
In desktop version, report has advanced filters to select category or identifiers, any in online business version?

AccountRight desktop isn’t going anywhere. The only change is that your company file will need to be online to receive product and security updates, support, and online services.
In terms of using identifiers in the web browser version, it's not possible. Identifiers are a desktop only feature, more information can be found on this page.

How can we pick the field we want from the customise report? Say employee number field?

When you click into a report, there will be a button that says Customise in the report header. Available options and fields will be listed in this window. If it's not there, it's currently not an option to include in the report. If there are any features you'd like to see included in future updates, I'd recommend posting it over on the Ideas Exchange for other members to vote and add weight to.
