Sorry for the late reply, and that is a really good question to be sorting out before handing things over. The main thing to know is that serial number removals only apply to AccountRight desktop files. MYOB Business and other browser-based files stay linked to their original serial number, so they can’t be separated out that way. For timeframe, online file removals can take up to three business days. For offline files, that three-business-day window starts once the backup has been uploaded and the file has been received on our side.
