I’m sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had here. I can completely understand why you’d be upset after so many calls and such a long wait. The good news is that from 18 June, after updating to AccountRight 2026.5, customers can complete the move from offline to online directly within AccountRight themselves, and if a subscription is needed, it can now also be purchased in-product without needing to call the Sales team. That means you should now be able to work through the process without having to stay stuck on hold.
