Hi Doreen,
I installed the AccountRight but I cannot access my client MYOB files ending MYO.file (older version).
I cannot open the company file from the open a company I had to try to upgrade.
I managed to receive the password from my client but I am stuck on the following. I do not have the AccountRight account so I just registered with my own account. I guess I need to be the authorised user to be able to go pass this stage? Please advise.

To access the Company File, you'll need to be listed as a user in the file. Please see this help page for more information:
