Adding a New Contact

I'm trying to enter a company name in the contacts but when saving it message says too many characters in one or more fields.

    Hi northmeetswest,

     

    The system has a character limit for fields, so if the company name is too long, it might not save. Try shortening it a bit by abbreviating part of it or removing extra spaces or symbols.

  • I've solved it by discarding the contact and starting again with small amounts of details and saving then adding a bit more. This seems to have worked and it has excepted the full name of the company now. Thanks. Debbie
