Hi northmeetswest,
The system has a character limit for fields, so if the company name is too long, it might not save. Try shortening it a bit by abbreviating part of it or removing extra spaces or symbols.

I've solved it by discarding the contact and starting again with small amounts of details and saving then adding a bit more. This seems to have worked and it has excepted the full name of the company now. Thanks. Debbie
