Backing up company file

How do we backup the current online cloud file manually?  Please don't give the standard spiel on how to backup as it does NOT back up the online cloud file.   We run entirely online and do not use...

    Thanks for your post.

     

    If you're creating a backup, and then when you check the created backup, it is not your current company file, we highly recommend moving the existing company file backups to a different folder. Once done, please re-create the backup to see if it is your current company file.

     

    If you wish to create a backup that will be saved on your hard drive, we recommend saving it to your computer first and then copying it to the hard drive. For more information regarding this, kindly check out the Help Article: Back up your company file.
