Hi JK44,
The team is aware about the issue where some functions that aren't allowed in the desktop version of AccountRight are showing up as available in the browser version. Since there hasn't been an update on this for a while, we're pushing the developers to look into it again.
While blocking the browser version completely could be a workaround, there's currently no option to do this. I suggest posting this idea on the Ideas Exchange board, even though we know of it, but so that other members can vote on it to add priority.
