Business sold, need to change MYOB subscription

Hi,

The business has been sold so we no longer need the AccountRight Plus live subscription. We now need to revert back to our perpetual program.

How do we stop the monthly payment?

How do we make the change back to perpetual?

    Hi there Wendy6,

     

    If you'll be using the same serial number, you can still revert back to a perpetual license. However, if it's going to be a new subscription, reverting back to a perpetual license is no longer available. Only monthly payments are available for subscription licenses. If you'll use the same serial number and revert back to a perpetual license, then monthly payments can be stopped. For further assistance, you'll need to get in touch with our Live Chat via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

      Hi Doreen, 

      We will be using the same serial number, so can revert back to perpetual. I'll submit a support case. Thank you.
