Can Not Sign in to MYOB

I'm currently waiting on my second service request to be answered, because I haven't been able to log into our file for 4 working days. The technician who called yesterday, told me to uninstall  MYOB and reinstate it and it will solve the problem. It didn't.

She also told me I should be able to access the MYOB online. It ain't working.

Is anyone else having an issue like this or is it just me?

    Hi optomAtCooroy,

     

    We haven't had any reported issues with signing in at the moment. You might want to check out this link If you can’t sign in for some troubleshooting steps that could help. 

     

    If you're still having trouble after trying those, it's best to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can take a closer look.
