Trouble signing in to MYOB AR

I logged this issue a few months ago. It sorted itself for a few days, and now it is back to the same issue.

When I try to log into AR, the process takes around 5 minutes. There is something amiss, but I don't know how to fix it.

The login screens asking for my email address and password don't load properly.

Hoping someone can reach out and fix this once and for all.

    If the issue you encountered was from around May last year, it's likely related to instability with the BPAY feature. I can't seem to find anything similar currently. I recommend reaching out to support via the MyAccount window or live chat through MOCA so the support team can help troubleshoot it.

    Thanks a ton for jumping back on and sharing your update. Sounds like AccountRight is throwing another wobbly on you!

     

    Since it's taking forever to load and the login screen's not behaving, the best next step is to clear the AccountRight cache. It often does the trick when things go a bit sideways. You can follow the steps here: Clearing the AccountRight Cache | MYOB Community.

    Cleared the cache - was only one file in there.

    This is what it looks like when I log in. To start with there's this blank dialog:

    Then, after a couple of minutes, it changes to this:

    I put my email address in, then wait a couple more minutes and it changes to this:

    After I put in the password, it quickly changes to verification code, so I just have to wait another minute while that email comes in.

    It takes 4-5 minutes to log in, so I find myself avoiding it. Then when I do finally log in it tells me there's been an updated and I have to do it all again!
