Cancellation of MYOB subscription

I would like to request the cancellation of my MYOB subscription before the end of my free trial period.

I have tried to locate the cancellation option in my account, but I was unable to find any available option other than contacting you via email. Therefore, I would appreciate your assistance in processing this cancellation as soon as possible.

    Sorry it’s taken this long to hear back. We’ve checked in with the manager of the team handling your cancellation case. They’ve been asked to prioritise it, so you should receive a response from them soon.

    Hi, could you please help pass this message to the relevant team?

    I would like to cancel my subscription before the 14-day trial period expires, as mentioned in the ticket I previously submitted.

    I am currently overseas, and making a phone call to customer service would be quite costly, so I would really appreciate your assistance with this.

    Hi KokSeng,

     

    Thanks for checking in. It’s a bit strange that you’re not seeing any other options when trying to cancel your account. Normally, when you go to My Account > Manage subscription and click Cancel subscription, a pop-up should appear letting you know that you’ll need to call the team. This is also outlined in this article under the “How to cancel your subscription” section.

     

    I’ve checked the support ticket you submitted using the email address linked to your Community Forum profile, and it looks like it was incorrectly tagged as an “Upgrade product” request instead of a cancellation. I can get this in front of the right team, but I’d strongly recommend giving our team a call so they can help you cancel your account in real time.
