Cannot activate company file

We are having issues with a company file going to read only we have had this issue before around 2 years ago and tech support sent us new activation file. Would appreciate if someone could contact me again

    Hi Earl

    My version of MYOB is AccountRight Plus 2017.1.18.8022. This has happened on two previous occasions over past 2 years and you activated my Company File, emailed me the License file.

    Details are Business name JKL Accounting Serial No ********3523 Company File ID Number 2
