Thanks for your post. Are you still having issues logging in ? If you are, can you please confirm if you get any error messages when attempting to login ?

Yes.
Eventually after several minutes with blue spinning circle I proceed to log on screen. After another few minutes the log on screen states not responding.
When I close the screen a box appears: Huxley.application not responding
Close the program
Wait for the programme to respond.
This allows me to proceed to the next screen prompting for password.
on some attempts I cannot proceed, Finally after over 30 minutes trying to sign on the next screen appears,
prompting for the authentication code and the program opens.

I complained that I could not open my file on weekends.
This is the current status when I attempt to open the file. (Account Right 2022.10 Windows 11)

Hi LynneP,
After this happens can you please retrieve the diagnostic log of the AccountRight file and attach it as a .TXT file to this thread so I can investigate.
