I see you're having trouble with your updated files. You usually need to unzip the file to use the hotfix tool. Check out this forum thread for simpler instructions on the previous suggestion.
If there's anything else you need, just start a new thread anytime.

Thanks for your feedback but that option was given to me by Gavin and had the following issue
I saved the link of AccountRight Hotfix Tool as
but it downloaded as
I am not sure if I have missed something so if you could make any further suggestions I would be most grateful.

Thank you for clarifying. Based on the screenshot the file fails to download completely and just gets stuck as a crdownload file. Here is an alternative link for the tool.
If you still continue to have the same problem when downloading the file, I recommend to try downloading the file in a different computer. In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.

Thanks for your reply above. I downloaded the hot fix and followed the instructions but when I got to the Browse part and located the file to open but when opening the file I got the error message below. I pressed continue to ignore error but nothing happened so I am back to square 1 I guess.
If you can advise me where to from here I would be most grateful.
