Case #0318XXX-Posted last Friday but No Response

I posted the urgent request to the support last Friday but no response yet. I'm not sure where I can escalate this problem.

We want to sort out this case for year-end closing, so I hope support staffs find this post and response asap.

    Oh, really... I didn't know and haven't posted in a formal complaint form. I will post there as the same title and hope we'll be sorted out asap. Thank you!

    I am in the same boat.  I have actually put in a formal complaint.  I don't think there will be a response as there seems to be a lot of complaints.  AFCA and ACCC will be next.

    good luck 

    i have been trying for weeks and spent over 8 hours on hold 

    this mob are disgraceful 

    product and support is worth a zero star rating - only that because cannot rate in the negatives  

    good wishes an I hope you got an outcome - i am still waiting to speak to a human 

    let alone online unanswered online requestes over 30 days old
