I am in the same boat. I have actually put in a formal complaint. I don't think there will be a response as there seems to be a lot of complaints. AFCA and ACCC will be next.

i have been trying for weeks and spent over 8 hours on hold
this mob are disgraceful
product and support is worth a zero star rating - only that because cannot rate in the negatives
good wishes an I hope you got an outcome - i am still waiting to speak to a human
let alone online unanswered online requestes over 30 days old
