An Owner user is typically the primary/billing contact on an account. To change or update an AccountRight Live owner, the primary contact or the current AccountRight Live owner can get in touch with us to update that user access. I'll be reaching out to you via private message to gather additional information. In terms of inviting your accountant to your AccountRight file, kindly refer to this Help article, which has detailed information to assist with this.

I also would like to know how to remove access for someone or deactivate a user.
Didn't want to share this information but I'm struggling to find where to send responses to as the email respond says that this email is not monitored.

Hi Princess,
I'm not too sure if my book keeper has already sent you the change of ownership or not. When we started the new business my book keeper set up the MYOB for us and so he became the owner for MYOB whereas it is my business and I should have been setup as the owner. I think my book keeper is now realising that we might not be using his services soon so he is not ready to grant us access. Please let me know if he has responded and has made the change or not. If not, what can be option for me to do so that the ownership can go to me and I can remove him from having any access.

However, to proceed and process the request, we need to communicate with the primary contact of the account. I've already sent the form to your bookkeeper’s email, and I’ll be checking this with the relevant team. In case they missed it, I'll be sending it again today.
