I replied to the email but not too sure if it was received back the message. Details of what was requested are below:
I also would like to know how to remove access for someone or deactivate a user.
Didn't want to share this information but I'm struggling to find where to send responses to as the email respond says that this email is not monitored.

I'm not too sure if my book keeper has already sent you the change of ownership or not. When we started the new business my book keeper set up the MYOB for us and so he became the owner for MYOB whereas it is my business and I should have been setup as the owner. I think my book keeper is now realising that we might not be using his services soon so he is not ready to grant us access. Please let me know if he has responded and has made the change or not. If not, what can be option for me to do so that the ownership can go to me and I can remove him from having any access.

I have tried reaching out to my book keeper and he is not responding and so don't know why he is doing that. I don't even know how to use the tool. Can you please look into it urgently and let me know the options for changing ownership? Also, can you see if the data is still there or has it been erased? If it has been erased, is there any chance of restoring the information?
