Change page sizes

Upon checking on your account, you are currently using the latest version of AccountRight, but still, you are having the issue. I will follow up this case with the relevant team to investigate. Hi Cel,

I am not printing a form. This is an example of what I am doing in AccountRight:

1. Select Reports -> GST/Sales Tax -> GST (Detail-Cash)

2. Enter the correct dates for the filter (eg: 1/07/22 - 3-/06/23)

3. Click "Display Report"

     - The report is displayed in a window, but the format is strange, almost a square looking page - too wide

     - If I then try to print this report to PDF,  I get an A4 formatted page with the left hand part of the report only. The right hand side has been chopped off. The "Display Report" function is not behaving correctly.

4. With the "Display Report" page active, if I try to click on Print Preview - > Size -> More page sizes...

    then the program crashes: In fact, it crashes if I click on ANY of the options in that menu (tabloid, legel.. etc)

All I want is the Display Report to look like an A4 page, and please fix the bug that crashes the software.

Upon checking, this error occurs when AccountRight is unable to complete the task. It is usually caused by a temporary disruption, and you should be able to restart AccountRight. We also recommend to download the latest version of AccountRight. You can check out this Help Article: Something's gone wrong error "System.NullReferenceException", this linked also includes the same issue with payroll.  And for displaying a report this Help Article: Displaying a report, for more information.

I just cannot understand why I feel I am talking to a brick wall. Does anyone understand simple English here?

If I follow you advice and read the page "Displaying a Report,", where it says "..use the Print Preview to change the margin or papaer size...."

THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE - every time the software crashes if I try to click on "size" option.

I am thoroughly fed up with the lack of support here.
