Payroll page will not load
I am getting the circle of death trying to load the Payroll page for the past 4 days. I have cleared cache and cookies. I have tried logging in on other devices and via both Microsoft Edge and Chrome. My husband is also having the same issue.
Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? I have seen previous posts from people with the same issue, how did you sort this please, it's so frustrating!

Yes the MYOB Team reached out and advised the following which worked.
To fix the issue, we recommend the following:
- Sign in to app.myob.com and go to the Create menu.
- Choose Pay run. This will load the Create pay run page.
- Go back to Payroll > Pay runs > The page should now load.
This issue may be due to a corrupted draft pay run in the file.
