Payroll page will not load

I am getting the circle of death trying to load the Payroll page for the past 4 days. I have cleared cache and cookies. I have tried logging in on other devices and via both Microsoft Edge and Chrome...

    Yes the MYOB Team reached out and advised the following which worked.

     

    To  fix the issue, we recommend the following:

    1. Sign in to app.myob.com and go to the Create menu.
    2. Choose Pay run. This will load the Create pay run page.
    3. Go back to Payroll > Pay runs > The page should now load.

    This issue may be due to a corrupted draft pay run in the file.

Hi there KrystenMc,

 

I've checked the payroll page on my end, and it's working fine. You can access the payroll page to see if it's working now. In addition, make sure that if there's any firewall or antivirus software, it's not blocking access to the payroll page.

      Hey KrystenMc,

       

      Since you're still experiencing issues with the payroll page, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA. They'll be able to look into the issue more thoroughly.

      Did you get a resolution to your problem? If so what was the fix? As I seem to be experiencing the same problem (with the same approximate timeline).
