Hi Trying to download the server edition released yesterday 2025.11. When clicking on the download link on the web page all I get is this. This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below. <Error> <Code>AccessDenied</Code> <Message>Access Denied</Message> </Error> I can download the previous version just not the current one.

Hi Princess,Just for your knowledge. the Uh Oh is happening to 14 different clients for us. All different places, environments and servers. I find it hard to believe its just a cache or cookies things when this is coming directly out of the MYOB Account Right application on the desktop. 2025.10 was working fine. Could you please raise this. I have made another community post around it

Hi Princess_R We have exactly the same issue as Tom_Walton900 with the Uh Oh across 4 different client's RDS servers with 2015.11 , we have cleared cache/cookies and checked trusted sites/ssl settings etc... 2015.10 works fine. This is a wide spread issue, please raise this!

Same issue for us. We need to deploy this update across 15 businesses. We need the download links to work.

I have called myob who pointed me to status site which isnt helpful. Just because the standalone AR works does not mean its fine. We need the specific version msi's

Thanks for letting us know Tom Doesn't anyone check these links before going live with them. Very frustrating

Hi raff,

Yeah, that “access denied” message when you try to download the Server Edition is a strange one.

We don’t have a live tracker we can show you for what the dev team is doing in the background, but there are some merits to staying on the latest working Server Edition install. If you stay on that version, the silent updater will pick up the new release and install it automatically once it’s fully live on our side. You won’t need to do anything extra.

Have also experienced this problem, and have tried to “whitelist” list the identified DLLs, however the issue remains unresolved. As a work-around I’ve installed the PC version (not Server) to continue working. This is not a permanent fix for me though. Any progress on this issue?

Princess_R can we please get an update. i have 14 clients who cannot work, cannot post payroll.

No more " update your computer" its obvious its not a computer issue its a bug within 2025.11

Yep - same experience. Over an hour and a half on the phone and got told it must be a network or PC issue - which is rubbish!

After over 2 hours on the phone with MYOB I have no resolution. Was told to set my webbrowser settings to the original. Googled how to do this and did it. Made no difference and still unable to access myob - same Uh oh message. Restarted by computer also as this was recommended.

Also having the 'Uh Oh' issue with 2025.11. Since we use MYOB Teams, we're forced to upgrade to gain access to it so can't continue with 2025.10. And of course we have a payrun to do today!

We are experiencing exactly what Tom_Walton900 has described. Would be great to hear something from MYOB on this. Currently have no resolution for this.
