Sorry to hear that.  I just did this on another colleague's computer that was having the same issue and it worked for her.  Two things to check - also add www.myob.com to the Allowed to Use Javascript just for good measure, but also ensure you have added the whole URL string listed in your Javascript script error page - see below - ie (it will then show just as https://id.myob.com on the Javascript page in Chrome).  And then close down Chrome.  Also, in the first instance after adding this to Chrome settings, I kept clicking Yes and it allowed me to get to each page of the log in even though the fonts looked all weird!:

    Hello,

I am having this same issue. I have followed all of these steps including manually deleting the files through settings. Plus uninstalled and reinstalled.

What else can I do to fix this?

We are the same here too - two different users.  Clearing cache and broswer history does not work.

I am also having this problem today with Script Errors.  I have cleared my cache, deleted temporary files, and deleted the contents of the file in General Internet Options as recommended in other posts.  I need to process my payroll today.  Is this happening because MYOB are changing the login screens?  How can MYOB help me today?

Ok, I seemed to have found a fix for me anyway - hopefully it stays that way!

In Chrome, go to 'Settings', 'Privacy & Security', 'Site Settings', 'Javascript'.  At the bottom under 'Allowed to Use Javascript', add https://id.myob.com, or I added the whole strong of the error that was being thrown up in the javascript error screen

    Hi abailey,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

May we know if the resolution provided by dddddddddd worked for you?

Here are some steps to attempt to resolve the error:

    1. Add MYOB as a trusted site in Internet Explorer settings
    2. Clear the browser cache including cookies by going to  Windows Control Panel>>Internet Options, within theInternet Properties under Browsing history select Delete..., ensuring that the first 4 options are enabled before selecting Delete
    3. Go to Windows Control Panel>>Internet Options, click Settings under the General tab, click View files, delete the contents of the folder

Since this task involves deleting data from the computer, we strongly recommend consulting with an IT professional to assess the potential impacts and ensure it is carried out appropriately for your specific environment.

    Regards
    Earl
