I sincerely thank you for being patient and understanding to this issue. As of 04/7/2023 we do have an issue in confirming a company file in older version as per mike-James reply to your post. In addition to this, you may see an error prompt "Unable to automatically confirm your company file. You may not be connected to the internet, or your computer's firewall may not allow online confirmation. As for this matter, we recommend to upgrade your version of AccountRight to 2023.5 (latest Version).
