File Activation

I am trying to activate an old MYOB file (2016.3.19.1272) by phone and need a licence file.  I have tried ringing MYOB but cannot get through.  I have tried going on line to get confirmation code but...

Thank you Earl.  Unfortunately when I hit private message it just takes me to a page that says Private Messages but no where I can send a message.  I cannot active on line.  Would appreciate your assistance

Hi Glenorie , there is an issue with confirmation of older versions at the moment, and MYOB are recommending that affected users upgrade to the latest version (v2023.5). This option is available to all users.
