file locked by backup

hi i cannot access my account as its locked by a backup. need to access asap.

    Cheers for reaching out. That's definitely not ideal when you're trying to get things done in a hurry. We've gone ahead and run a little cleanup script over your file to shake things loose, so you should be able to jump back in now.

     

    If it's still being stubborn, just flick through to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount and the team can jump in from there.
