File stuck backing up

Hello,

 

I have lodged a support ticket for a file stuck backing up and waited for Online Chat to be open to find out it is closed. Given we still have to work during holiday periods, how do I obtain assistance please?

    How frustrating it is to be on hold for 15 mins and still waiting "with an average than wait time"  - "rest assured you will be connected to the next available agent" while being told over and over it's really quick to get help via live chat or lodge a support case, all which were done Saturday. Epic fail MYOB! How about you advise 150 people their payroll will be late as you decided to take a "well deserved break".

    Yet I received this at 3.37AM this morning

    We used to get customer service 9-5 on the weekends via a specific phone number as a MYOB Partner. Now, while MYOB takes a "well deserved break", we can't get any assistance so we can work. No support via Chat, Support Ticket or phone. Even as a small business we have someone checking in daily to cover any client needs.

    And we're needing to prepare for payroll on Monday...............
