File Stuck In Back Up

Help! We're all locked out as our file is stuck in back up mode :(  How do I fix this?

Hi AEMAccounts,

 

If your file is stuck in backup mode, that would explain why everyone's locked out. No stress, our live chat team can fix this quickly by running a script to unlock it.

 

Reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount and let them know your file is stuck in backup mode. They'll take it from there!
