File stuck in "backup in progress"

I can not open a file due to it saying:

 

Backup in progress

This company file is currently backing up. You can sign in once backup is complete.

 

The file said that backup was complete, however will not allow me to log in.

Can someone please help.

    It sounds like there might be something holding up the backup process. Best bet is to give our backend team a buzz, and they’ll help sort it out for you in no time. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
