General Journal Online Version V Desktop

Hi Team

 

We're using AccountRight Premier.

 

I cannot locate a general journal entry in a particual GL Account via the online version, through "Find Transactiions"screen - in either Debits & Credits or Transactions options.

 

However it does appear in the desktop version via Find Transactions.

 

I have tried refreshing, logging in and out again, selecing all source journals, selecting only General Journal.  Nothing works.

What could be the reason?

    Thanks for sharing the screenshots, super helpful!


    Based on what you’ve shown, the journal does appear in AccountRight desktop, but the browser Find transactions screen is returning no results for that same account/category filter. You’re not likely doing anything wrong here. In the browser, the Debits and credits tab is the view MYOB uses for the double-entry side of transactions, including the debits, credits, categories and source journals. So if a general journal can be seen in desktop but not in the browser Transactions tab, the browser view won’t always match what desktop shows. Finding a transaction
