How to send a GST Exclusive Sales Invoice

Forever, if the Inclusive or exclusive box is checked on the invoice when it is printed, saved to .pdf or emailed, the sent invoice is the same as the recorded invoice on the screen.

Suddenly, lately, regardless of how it is sent, the Invoice the customer downloads is GST Inclusive - the summary is exclusive but not the invoice.

Why has this happened?

It is not convenient for GST Exclusive customers.

    Thanks for raising this, that definitely sounds frustrating, especially if the invoice is showing one way on screen and then downloading differently for your customer. That’s not how you’d expect a GST Exclusive invoice to behave, so we’d want to take a closer look at the file and how the invoice is being generated.
