We totally get it – every second counts when you're running a busy business, and protecting your hard work is just as crucial. That's why we've added an extra layer of security by asking you to sign back in with just your password after 20-30 minutes of inactivity. This is the best way to keep your business data safe and follows the top industry practices recommended by the ATO.
We've also made some improvements to make your experience even better:
- If you’ve MYOB open in multiple tabs, activity in any tab will count as activity for all tabs. So, if you're active in one tab, you won't get logged out.
- We've introduced an “Are you still there?” prompt before the system times out. This way, you can keep working without any unexpected logouts.
