Hi Doreen
In your response you said that an account can be tagged to receive an update once this has been resolved. Two questions;
- Does this mean there is a resolution being worked on for this issue?
- Why do you have to register for the update, wouldn't it just be rolled out with standard upgrades to all users?

Thanks for your question. We’ve identified this as a known issue and have already forwarded it to our developers, who are working on a fix. We don’t have an ETA yet. For your second question: if your file is marked as affected, you’ll be notified when the fix is released, and the solution will apply to all users. Thanks for your patience.
