It’s a bit hard to say straight away whether the formatting issue is from the printer or the invoice form; it could be either.
A quick way to narrow it down is to print using a different default invoice form and compare that to the Print Preview in AccountRight.
- If the preview looks fine but the printed copy is off, it’s likely a printer setting (usually scaling).
- If the default form itself looks wrong, then it’s probably an issue with the form/layout.
You can also try printing from somewhere else (like another program other than the AccountRight browser and desktop) just to double‑check everything lines up as expected.
