It sounds like you might be after one of two things:
- A license file for confirmation—If it's for an older product, you can likely self-serve through this link or contact our support team for help.
- An additional file or subscription—In this case, it's best to reach out with one of our sales reps, who can guide you through the options.

Thanks for the reply Doreen.
I do require a license file for an older version of AccountRight and usually I post a message on here and I am contacted by someone who assists by asking me to send the relevant details of the software version and company file number etc and then confirms and sends me a file via email to reactivate/confirm. This year the MYOB website seems even more difficult to navigate and get the appropriate help.
