That does sound a bit odd! Normally, your MYOB account only gets locked if there’ve been too many incorrect password attempts for your email, just as a security precaution. Check this link for more details about it. Since you haven’t spotted any multiple failed logins and you’re getting locked out even after just the first go, it’s definitely worth a closer look. give our team a buzz through our virtual assistant MOCA or drop a support ticket via MyAccount, we’ll help you get it sorted.
