Moving an Offline file to online

We currently use MYOB Account Right Plus for our main company file. This is online. We have another company which we have an offline file and currently access through Account Right Plus. Can this off...

And also, Genreve, can you tell me the cost to add an extra company file to an existing Account Right Plus subscription? Thanks

    Hi Bob01, 

     

    Yep, if you move Company A to its own MYOB Business Lite subscription, it can be migrated across. Just keep in mind it’ll become a browser-based MYOB Business file, not an AccountRight desktop file.

     

    If you want to keep using Company A in AccountRight desktop, it’ll need its own AccountRight subscription instead.

     

    For the extra file question, AccountRight Plus includes 1 online company file. If Company B is already using that, Company A would need either an additional online company file or a separate subscription. For the current cost, our team can confirm that through MOCA, our virtual assistant or My Account.
