Moving database to online

It makes sense to right-size things if the business is nice and simple these days. MYOB can migrate AccountRight files, including Premier files, to MYOB Business Lite through the Migration Service. It’s a managed move rather than a one-click conversion, and each file needs an active Lite subscription and its own migration request. Before jumping in, a couple of things to keep in mind that won't come across:

 

• Multi-currency files can’t be moved.
• Sales Orders need to be converted to Invoices.
• Some features and data, including time billing, multiple inventory locations, custom reports and forms, and users.

You can check the requirements and request the move through Move to MYOB Business from AccountRight or AccountEdge.
