Can you please send me a private message confirming your serial number, a screenshot of what you see when you're unable to move/resize a window with the cursor in shot and also a screenshot of your version build (available if you click Help > About MYOB AccountRight in the top file menu). I'll make sure to follow up on this one for you.
Hi AmandaMYOB - I will do as soon as it happens. I tried to take a screenshot of it for the original post but couldn't do so without losing the cursor and what it was doing - I will take a photo of the screen when it happens again. At the moment I'm unable to replicate the problem but it has happened in a few separate sessions over the last few weeks.
