MYOB APP STILL NOT WORKING AFTER 3 DAYS - TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE "SUPPORT"

I have emailed, phoned, had 2 different case numbers created (the first one due to ineptitude of the tech person caused the 2nd one) and now I cannot log into my MYOB app at all now which is the ONLY...
