Leonie_H , good news! Have you at some stage enabled the new Outlook and then reverted to Classic?

No I've always used classic, however I use New Outlook for personal emails so do have that on my laptop. The only time I enabled it was at the suggestion of an earlier comment which said to try toggling to New and then reverting back to classic.

OK, one or other of those situations may have confused the Office Link, which the repair corrected.
